Finance Operations and UWP Provider Incentive Program Manager

In this role you will lead the Finance Operations and UWP Provider Incentive program, driving automation, streamlined financial workflows, and robust analytics for UW Physicians. You will partner across teams to optimize incentives, payroll, budgeting and reporting, delivering dynamic dashboards and standardized procedures. • Collaborate across teams to identify automation opportunities and improve efficiency
• Eliminate manual bottlenecks; streamline financial workflows
• Build and optimize automated financial models and workbooks
• Map end-to-end processes to reduce manual data entry and reconciliation
• Design dynamic financial dashboards for stakeholders across UW Medicine and leadership
• Oversee training of automated tools and standardized operating procedures
• Identify and implement best practices in financial data analysis and report production
• Participate in financial operations and data analytics; propose process improvements
• Act as lead Finance RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Business Analyst liaison

• Bachelor
• 5 years of progressively complex financial accounting experience with strong reporting background
• 3+ years supervisory or lead experience
• Advanced Excel skills including financial modeling and handling large data sets
• Experience analyzing data, synthesizing results, and presenting recommendations
• Intellectually curious with attention to detail
